This report discusses in the area of system development life cycle. Apart from
that, the project management is a kind of practice which involves to solve any
kind of project (Ahern, Leavy & Byrne, 2014). Though the project management
having lots of stakeholders, basically the project manager plays the role of
major stakeholder through the entire life cycle of the project management. This
paper reflects how the project management involves in the entire system
development life cycle and what role of importance has played by the project
management in the overall system development life cycle.
