Introduction
It is important to understand the complex organizational structure in the field of
system thinking. In generally, System thinking is an approach by which a person get helps to
view the system over the range of perspective that include the overall structures, cycles,
pattern in the system, rather than the specific events associated with the system (Mjema,
2018). This wide range of view helps people to identify the primary issues evolved in the
organization. Many consultants used system thinking concepts to identify the solution
addressed by the problem in the system.

programs. Simulation, reliability, safety and modelling analysis of complex systems are

successful system engineer.

 Understanding the operations, installations, manufacturability, repair, disposal and
maintainability of the system.
 Understanding of short term goal, long term goal of the system while making a

A master of statistical, mathematical, product designer and the product manager needs to
understand the risks associated with the system (Kordova & Frank, 2018). Identification of
the behavioural changes occur in the system is important and to manage it within the system
for desired outcomes, system thinking helps us to achieve this.
Discussion
A system consists of a group of interrelated, interdependent and interacting parts that
constructs a unified as well as complex whole associated a specific purpose. All the parts in
the system are independent to each other and interrelated in some way (Wasson, 2015).
System thinking focuses on the study that how the set of elements are interacts with other
elements to identify the behaviour of the different parts in the system. The characteristic of
system thinking approach makes it effective to solve most of the difficulties arise in a project,
those containing complex issues (Nagamach & Lokman, 2016). Through the use of system
engineering, one can understand the complete system.

but to analyze the inter-relations between them. Therefore, the applicat
is to identify patterns rather than some statistical analysis. When techn
leaders and managers apply this in project execution, they recogn
requirements of each other and their needs, which provides the context
ensure collaboration and integration in executing the activities of
project to ensure success in the project execution.
The project manager, program manager or portfolio manager of
organization apply the SEPM (Systems Engineering and Pro
Management) for ensuring that the project, program or the portfolio
executed successfully even if there is an variation in the consumer nee
project constraints and expectations of the consumers. The integration
the system thinking with the project, program or portfolio managemen
to ensure that technical and management approach is integrated properly
ensure success of project, program or portfolio.
Sometimes projects are not successful due to lack of integration techn
and managerial approach and therefore the SEPM with system thinkin
important for ensuring success in the project.

It can be concluded from the above study that the concepts used by system thinker
that has been found to be useful to manage complex large projects. These technique gives the
ideas those are thought as the best practices for managing a professional project. This study
conveys that the dynamic characteristics of the various systems, tools and techniques for
managing a complex project which required to stabilize various patrons and management of
the project requirements.
