illustrated in the post. The connection of systems thinking in context to Facebook has not been
demonstrated in the post hence it lacks some critical analysis on how systems thinking approach
can assist in providing optimal decisions. There is scope of improvement in the post through in-
depth analysis and proper research to determine the issues with Facebook and how systems
thinking approach can be used to overcome the problems.
The consequences has been stated properly as due to the incident of data breach in
Facebook, users are feeling hesitated to use the online social media platform. It is leading to
hesitation of the investors to invest in the company as they are not able to maintain
confidentiality of the users.
In this post, two systems thinking tools has been presented that is systems test and
CATWOE which presents the application of systems thinking approach. The systems test tool
has demonstrated that how this tool will help to overcome the problems being faced by the
company. This tool is used to determine the measures that can be implemented to ensure
mitigation of identified issues. CATWOE is a soft systems methodology has been presented in
context to the issue of Facebook. It helps to think about a significant issue from all sides for
determining a feasible solution to overcome the problem.

statements has been presented that reflects the benefits of the approach. The application of
systems thinking approach has not been critically used for overcoming problems of the
organization.
In this post, there is clear statement of consequences that illustrates the company is losing
their credibility with partners and customers. More than 20 people have left the company in last
2 years hence it is major loss to the company. The company is unable to make proper decisions
and manage their business with the increasing growth and demand.
This post shows that feedback mechanism has been presented as the systems thinking
tool to demonstrate the application of systems thinking approach in the organization. The post
has considered the concept of systems thinking approach as a whole for overcoming problems
being identified in the organization. Feedback mechanism has been presented to solve the
existing issues of ABCD organization but it is not applied as a systems thinking tool. The
feedback mechanism should be carried out by an external consultant to acquire feedback from
employees so that they could retain their employees and their position in the education market.
