Walmart is one of the well known sure market chains in Australia. However it must be
noted that communication issue is one of the major issues arising in the company. It is for this
reason that the company is often suffering from many kinds of communication issue. They just
ensure that proper and effective measures are being taken to solve this issue. However at the
same time, it must also be ensured that there is a proper training and development faculty being
developed so that the employee are also able to get the training of effective communication
(Pasquier & Wood, 2018). This post has been very useful as it will help students in
understanding the actual duties and responsibilities of a manager. In future after becoming
employees of any reputed organizations, the managers will have to convey the business decisions
to all employees.
There is also the issue of proper hiring of people. This shows that the communication is
not at all transparent among the HR manager, the employees and the managing directors as well.
This is because the company does not communicate the actual number of the vacancies that are
present in the organization or the proper competency or skill that they just hire. It must be
ensured that the communication is being developed in a proper way so that the employees
working in the stirs are able to clearly reach out to the managers. The HR officials have to act as
a bridge between the organizational heads like the CEO and also the employees. This will help
them to understand the customer complaints and the employee issues as well.

This is a very useful posts, as it talks about one of the major issues that is
communication. It is to be noted in the similar context that the organizational issues have to be
solve through the means of relationship building. In the modern day scenario competition is
increasing at a very rapid rate. All the employees are trying their level best to attain the overall
goals and objectives of the company in a very time optimizing manner (Harrison, 2019).
However to meet up with this rapidly changing market scenario, Wal-Mart has to develop good
employee training and skill development system. In other words they will have to develop a
horizontal communication system both with their employees and customers as well (Kim,
Magnusen & Andrew, 2016). Customer complaints must be catered immediately without any
delay. At the same time, the employs must be able to reach out to their managers whenever they
are suffering from any issues.
The top down approach must be replaced with a freely moving horizontal communicating
system. This will enable the company to be able to address all the issues immediately. Feedback
and regular meetings must also be developed o that they are able to form a transparent
communication system with the employee in the employees are so able to reach out to the
managers whenever they are in need. This in turn will be helping them to understand the
measures that they will be taking in near future.
