Peer post 1
This is one of the most useful posts and this can be used for the many future studies. This is
because this post has helped me in understanding about the method of system thinking. This is
very useful because this has actually helped me in understanding about the different ways in
which a very complicated task can be made simpler and can be used in many simple ways (Bell,
Berg & Morse, 2019). This is because of the reason that there are some or the other kinds of
tools and implements like the usage of the rich picture and the CATWOE analysis as well. This
will help me in understanding about the different ways in which I will surely be able to get rid of
the tensions and the huge amount of time that is otherwise needed in making the complicated
tasks easier and also in finding the relevant solutions to it. However on the other hand, it is also
very useful to understand that these methods can actually be used for understanding and also for
solving the problems of different levels. There are the educational, medical, environmental and
also the many different kinds of work. It must be ensured that all the employees are being given
the proper training so that they are able to understand the complications of the tasks and are then
able to understand the easiest and the simple ways to be able to understand the different issues
arising in their surroundings and also being able to solve the same (Onstein, Tavasszy & van
Damme, 2019).
The rich picture method has also been a very useful learning as this has enabled me to
understand about the most interesting way in which I will be able to understand the issues and
then be able to solve the issues.

This has actually been a very useful post for me. I have been able to understand about the supply
chain and logistics system that is actually responsible for making the goods transferred from one
place to the other. DHL International GmbH is one of the most well known courier services that
runs across all the different countries and tries to provide their service in almost 200 new
countries (Sani, Prasojo & Atmoko, 2017). However it must be ensured that they are being able
to make the necessary adjustments in their services so at they are able to make the service even
better. As the company is trying to work for very long hours and also in order to deliver the
services to a large number of places, they are often facing different issues like the wastage if
their valuable resources. In order to stop these some kinds of additional resources must be used
(Brauner et al., 2018).
Order-to-cash-cycle approach is one such modern method that must be used so that the
employees are able to understand the different positive impacts ha it will be having. I personally
feel that teaching all the students and the supply chain logistics in employees with the tools of
rich picture so that it helps them to get the solution of the different issues in a very fast and also
error free manner.
