System thinking tools are playing an essential role in enhancing the efficiency of the
organisation. The system thinking tools and approaches which are proposed in your original post
are holistic and you have critically determined the factors which will help in developing a critical
thinking approach. In the JB Hi-Fi has facing issues in suppliers and warehouse management for
which you have used and suggested to implement Rich Picture and CATWOE which are playing
a vital role in overcoming such issues in an effective manner. Further, I have identified all the
consequences in your original post but some of the components which are missing in your posts
such as the use of system archetypes and use of system designing process. System archetypes
help JB Hi-Fi to analyse all the aspects in which management is lacking and facing challenges in
relation to warehouse management (Arnold & Wade, 2015).
System designing will help in designing effective methods and approaches by analysing the
situation through which issues related to warehouse management. I have analysed that system
thinking tool has been used in effective manner and tools such as Rich Picture and CATWOE are
used frequently within the organisation and with the help of system archetypes the problems
related to supplier and warehouse management can be managed and control by the managers of
JB Hi-Fi Company (Meadows, 2008). There are some risk elements such as system failure and
user acceptance in the organisation can develop hurdles at the time of implementing a system
thinking approach. Such risk factors can be overcome by implementing risk management
approaches.

As system thinking tools are used for analysing the growth and efficiency of the company and it
is the duty of manager of TFE Hotels to focus on the implementation of system thinking tools.
The main motive of TFE Hotels is to reduce challenges which are faced by travellers such as the
use of slow elevators and noise pollution from outside streets (EACPDS, 2015). As I have
analysed your original post is quite holistic and you have used all the essential components
which help in developing effective system thinking approaches by using system thinking tools.
The tools which are used in your original post are essential but along with this, I have analysed
some system thinking components used in your original post. Some essential components such as
system archetypes and other system thinking tools such as Rich Picture and CATWOE are the
essential components which are not present in your original post. I have analysed that system
thinking tool has been used in an effective manner and tools such as Rich Picture and CATWOE
will help in analysing and enhancing system thinking approaches in the company (Manikandan,
2019). The main motive of TFE Hotels is to develop critical thinking approaches which enhance
the system and lead to productive result for the company. There are some risk factors which are
present at the time of upgrading existing system of the company and it is the duty of managers to
identify each aspect carefully to develop performance through which each task in the hotel can
be done in a timely manner.
