As per the present value stream map, the patient visits the hospital. After visiting the

needs to provide the data to the hospital record. After completion of the registration process the
main instance that is provided the data as per the recorded data are provided to the nurse who is
to attend the patient. After the data is sent to the nurse, the nurse checks the room that is
available and hence the patient needs to wait after providing the data to the nurse and after that
the nurse visits the patient and examines them and the after waiting a while the doctor tests the
patient after waiting for a while the doctor treats the patients. In the process the patients’ needs to
wait for 6 times. This This waiting for 6 times the main aspect that is taken into consideration is
that patient have started complaining against the excess time that is required for completion of
the treatment process is used. The current situation includes implementation of limit of growth
archetype. The framework that is set by the value stream map is used and this is the main reason
that the data circulation process and treatment process gets affected. This is one of the major
reason that the functioning process of the entire treatment process loses its efficiency. As per the
usage of the tragedy of the common the nurses are burdened with excess tasks of data
circulation. As per the data circulation process the major concern that is present includes the fact
that improper management of the treatment process affects the patients again as per the eroding
goal archetype the main aspect that was taken was to serve the patients who need emergency
