TASK 1
Who is your target market? Why?
T-Shirt has categorised market into two categories, organised by the form of commodity
that they buy. The first category are customers who want to put on their t-shirt an already
produced image. The next category of those who choose to put custom works on t-shirt. It has
chosen to segment market by the goods it buys and it provides an efficient, simple way to reach
the two categories. Another explanation for segmentation of market between these products is
that they are divided by the profiles for the purchasers of both products.
Why this design?
T-Shirt is innovative new enterprise that enables individuals to customize a t-shirt tailored
to their taste, in particular design on front or rear. By using state-of-the-art technology, T-Shirt
smartly! It would use machine sublimation to permit printing of custom t-shirts as little as single
unit in the production.
What is your pricing strategy?
Pricing is main factor in business which ensures profitability as well as sales. Here are
certain pricing strategies we will apply in business:
Ending price with non-rounded number, instead of a zero or five.
Bundle t-shirts together and put price break
Apply pricing anchor. This implies the initial price is shown and only what paid for it.
How well did the team? How did you allocate the task? How did you communicate:
Our team did better in the area of advertising, optimising costs and packaging of T-shirts.
For these 4 teams are made to handle procurement, selling, advertising and delivery. All these
teams are connected and coordinated through WhatsApp group and skype as well as
communicated with each other and customers through social platforms.

What do you make of the competition?
Our entity has identified 3 rivals/competitors, two local firms, third is Internet-based t-shirt
designer:
T-Shirt World: Specialized in silk printing this nearby rival. The remaining 30 per cent of their
companies were silk printing. A minimal order of Ten with lead time 2-3 weeks is required. This
business uses only pre-existing templates for silk-screening as well as for sublimation of their
artists.
Shirt Shack—This small store is targeted for companies or teams with manufacturing lines of
twenty. They do such a decent job, although they are static in terms of custom jobs.
Designing House—This is Internet-based store that mainly sells computer sublimation.
Designing House has a catalogue of about 200 pictures that the consumer can select from. They
encourage consumers to use their own graphics. At all the consistency of sublimations is poor
since they could only be used off shelf technologies.
Our business make competition with all these competitors by providing online and off-
line facility of sales of t-shirts as well as by offering latest trending design t-shirts at lower costs
and standard quality.
What you do anything differently?
Our unique design T-shirt make us different from all the competitors. One major thing we
made different in business is design t-shirts as per designs provided by clients as per their
requirements.
