The selected target market for the purpose of launching new T-shirts in London, United
Kingdom a exhibition will be conducted their to inform regarding this new product to public at
large. Selected target market is young generation as in present time high amount of individuals
prefer comfortable cloths. Selected target market will provide more and more access to required
consumers for enhancing sales (Kyrylych, 2016).
Why this design?
This design is selected because it leads to provide required amount of motivation to the
young generation. As more amount of motivation and focus is required among young generation.
This T-shirt is available with a logo which indicates to ignore noise around and focus on vision
of each individual.
Pricing Strategy
In the process of launching a new range of T-shirts which is available with a logo that
provides required amount of motivation will be provided with competitive pricing in the market.
As prices will be set with nominal values so that competition can be faced effectively.
Team Performance, Task Allocation and communication
Team performed their activities in the most effective manner and all the task was
allocated among the team members on the basis of their qualification (Mayasari, Rahastine and
Qibtiah, 2019). Quality and performance is considered and task is allocated to members so that
performance can be made in more appropriate manner. For effective communication a scalar
chain is developed so that communication is maintained. Quality and time for delivering required
information is maintained through this communication system.

The available amount of competition in the market leads to generation of a strategy which
will motivate each individual to purchase clothes offered to them. Competitive strategies leads to
generation of business plan which provides sustainability to business organisations.

The product was launched in the market with one of its unique feature is to motivate all
the users and viewers. As its logo influences not to loose concentration and have focus on goals
and objectives regarding what is targeted (Rambe and Lestari, 2017).
REFLECTION
Name of the Challenge: Workplace Challenge
In the process of dealing with the challenge I will become efficient to be employed in the
departments like marketing and Finance for which I am studying in the collage. In the process of
complying with challenges at workplace I have learned skills to deal with situations in marketing
departments. Launching a new product, marketing and setting pricing will be helped through
these challenges. Estimation of finances, settling its requirements and making all the
arrangements are performed through taking challenges in positive manner at workplace. All the
skills required to perform work at these two departments are acquired and work is performed in
complete manner.
Skills
In the process of accompanying with the challenges at workplace it is analysed the
availability of communication skills and emotional intelligence will serve as a positive tool while
working. Effective communication will help in performing well and leads to more and more
amount of success.
Teamwork
In the process of creating the plan for business communication among team takes place
and negotiation for better results is made on each side (Surya, 2018).
Time Management
In an organisation while performing a role specifically related to a work then all the task
assigned to their role is managed in the allocated time. Length of each work is assigned so that
completing of work can be made on time and all the work is performed without any confusion.
Business Skills and Competencies
Business environment is highly competitive and in the process to work in the most
efficient manner an individual needs to possess required business skills. For example while
