Motor Vehicle Sales Agreement
NATALIE THORNTON of Address 690 Young Parade, Sometown NSW 2100, (herein
referred to as the seller) hereby agrees to sell to the LORENZO NAVARRO of Address 3/80
Tidewater place, Sometown NSW 2100, (herein referred to as the purchaser) for the sum of
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), excluding GST, the motor vehicle which is described as:

1. The purchase price for vehicle shall be paid to seller upon the delivery of vehicle to
the purchaser by seller together with all the registration and other related
documents to vehicle. The seller undertakes specifically to sign all the necessary
documents in order to enable the registration of vehicle to be effective in name of
the purchaser.
2. Notwithstanding anything contained in clause 1, wherein the payment of purchase
price is made by cheque, the title therein and the vehicle shall pass only to the
purchaser on such cheque being paid in full on presentation.
3. In an event of cheque which is referred to in the clause 2 is not being paid, the
purchaser shall return the vehicle to the seller upon demand at the cost of purchaser
in immediate manner and purchaser shall be liable further to reimburse seller for
any of the damage to vehicle, together with every cost which have incurred by seller
relating to the sale of vehicle to purchaser.
4. The purchaser accepts and acknowledges that while purchasing the vehicle,
 It has relied on its own investigation.
 There is no warranty or undertaking is provided in relation to the vehicle, except as
provided by law.
 The vehicle is sold in the present condition with all such accessories which are
included in vehicle and the vehicle is being inspected by purchaser on the date of
purchaser.
5. Notwithstanding anything contained in clause 1, seller thereby warrants to
purchaser that on the date of purchase, seller is the sole owner of vehicle and it is
not encumbered in any of the way. The seller also has no liability to purchase in
context to vehicle, except wherein the law implies any warranties or obligations that
cannot be excluded by law on seller, the seller shall on its cost or discretion-
 Replace the vehicle or may supply its equivalent accessories.
 Repair the vehicle.
 Payment of cost of acquiring or replacing the vehicle.
 Payment of cost of having the vehicle being repaired.
6. In this clause, expression or word defined in the law of New Tax System (Goods and
Services Tax) act, 1999 have the meaning given to it in that Act. The amount thereby

stated in this agreement us exclusive to GST unless it is stated expressively
otherwise.
