MOV (Measurable Organizational Value)
In MOV, the goals or objectives of project are enlisted. The computer-based
Program for TAHS module is built in order to provide knowledge of various
farming activities, tools, mechanisms, etc. to all the students. This software is made
for both students and farmers. By gaining the knowledge about all farming related
events and resources, the students can return and provide guidance to farmers. By
gaining all knowledge, the farmers can decide all planning and operational activities
accordingly. The farmers by taking guidance can enhance their knowledge about
various farming events and can gain a large amount of profits in long-run of their
farming activities. The farmers, in turn, can gain all knowledge about latest
technologies in farming from students. The goal is absolutely perfect as they are
moving towards their commitment to supporting farming. The knowledge of various
branches is also given to the students as from where crops can be selected and how
the crops can be determined to get a quality crop with a cost-efficient solution for it
(Alexandra, et al, 2019). By this knowledge, the farmers can make a strategic plan and
decision accordingly. By this productivity of crop and quality is also improvised. The
students can also gain experience in this field and their carrier is also open as a
farming specialist.

Desired area of impact here signifies the significance on various areas as Customer,
Operational, Strategy, Financial and Social.

long run (Kenton, 2017). The Quality of system can be increased by increasing or
improvising customer experience. The students can gain knowledge of farming
equipment’s and aspects; they can improve their knowledge quality about farming.
The farmers through this knowledge can gain higher productivity and thus their crops
productivity is increased. The improvement in quality will definitely help an
organization, farmers, and students. By focusing on quality, the growth and profit of
company will be increased and improvised.
Faster: The growth element is also a crucial element which every organization
focuses on their system. The system provided should be easily modifiable and can be
updated with its environment. As technology is increasing day by day, Tasks in
system is also improvised so that there is no hindrance in growth of system. The
growth of system can be improvised by improvising its quality. The growth graph
should always be increased to gain more and more profits. The innovative ideas
always capture the growth element and that is compiled by system. Farmers are
gaining the knowledge and increasing productivity through the strategies suggested to
them. This is also helpful for social growth.
