Part 1: MOV
MOV- Goal of the project
The Measurable-Organisational Value section list the goals of the project that is required to
develop the TAHS program, a computer-based system. Virtucon Consultancy developed this
program to facilitate the university students to collect information using TAHS system regarding
advanced equipment of farming and farming technology. It requires to educate and provide
information to ample of students about the farming field, the equipments used in the farm, the
techniques and technologies used till now, what can be the further improvements needed in the
farm that will result in better productivity in future. This in turn help the farmers to raise the
productivity in their farms, in addition to this it will help in reducing cost and time of production.
Once the students are trained on these equipment skills and farming solutions they will become
the specialist for providing farming solutions to the farmers. This in turn helps to raising more
opportunities for employment for those students. The main motive of the TAHS program is to
enhance the decision-based and analytical skills of the students that will help them to become a
specialist in this field. TAHS program also helps in raising the efficiency and productivity of
farming, thus farmers can implement the new techniques in their everyday planning and strategy
(T. Marchewka, 2014).

The quality of the project needs to be better in order to provide improved user experience. A
good project is understandable to the users and each user expect a better user interface so that
they can easily interact with the system. This project will in turn help the farmers to enhance the
farm productivity & efficiency and better decision making for executing the strategies. The
students are indirectly benefitted with the project, as the project will enhance their analytical
skills as well as their employment opportunities will grow (Collins, 2015).
2. Cheaper:
The TAHS program provides cheaper solutions to the farmers. The students will assist them with
the improved technologies that can be beneficial for their farms. The farming sector is the most
important sector of the country that need more importance. The project is created focusing this
sector only. But considering the cost associated with the project is important, and managers
should focus on cost control strategy. More cost will reduce the chances of early revenue earned
from the project. Various costs can indirectly or directly affect the project development like
actual cost, forecasting cost, committed cost, current cost, etc. this needs to be managed for
achieving goal of positive outcome of the project (Clarizen, 2017).
Metric
Target:
1. The target of TASH program is to provide services to the farmers by providing them
proper guidance on farm-based strategy, use of advanced techniques and tools.
2. This program should help students in getting farm-based knowledge and enhance skills
related to farming field, working experience in various sectors that can provide product
solutions to farmers.
3. Each member of the company is engrossed in some or the other kind of activity that
needs their dedication and team work to fulfil the requirement of the project.
4. Execution of this project will result in increased revenue of the farmers and enhanced
knowledge of the students on the farm-based skills.

Summarising MOV
Globex wants to serve the farming community so it has decided to start a training program
named as TAHS i.e. Training and Apprenticeship program for high School students, through
which students will get work experience and it can also increase their opportunities for
employment in the farm specialist field. The goal of the project is to assist the farmers to raise
their farm productivity with reduced cost and time (Alexander, 2017). Precision farming and
Farm equipment are the two main products of the Globex. Different Impact Areas have been
described according to their preference and rank, like customer is on the highest rank and social
area is on lowest rank. It is considered that Quality and cost cutting is most important for the
project development. Stakeholders are expected to perform their task on time having team
building capability. There should be some quantitative targets for the project. Timeframe is
required for accomplishing the MOV and achieving target matric.
