Introduction
A project is a vital aspect for a business through which association becomes successful.
Management of a project is important so that all activities went into right and positive direction.
Project management needs suitable skills and knowledge by a project manager with an ability to
take the risk. This report is all about project charter so that essential aspects went in the right
direction. This project is focused on the Virtucon/ Globex scenario which further develops
TAHS software which gives good services to Globex customer to purchase and sell agricultural
items. This assessment will be going to include a measurable organizational value with the
identification of the scope of a project. Along with this, it will be developed work breakdown
structure so that task initiated to suitable personnel. Risk analysis and plan will be created so that
issues and problems mitigate properly with assign individual. The quality management plan will
be developed which define a set of verification activities and validation activities. Further
consideration will be concluded by closure and evaluation step which anticipate relevant
bibliography by famous scholars.

Project Description
Globex is a famous agricultural solution provider in Australia and serving from last five years.
The company is serving as leading service providers for different groups like farmers, customers
etc. Thus, they want to explore the area of operation for which a new software development leads
to taking place. Virtucon has contracted to make an agricultural online system which facilitates
different sort of services. Following are the features which will be going to add by Virtucon in
TAHS:
 Buying and selling regular crops via tablet, mobile or any other digital gadget
 Time-saving for fund transfer
 Provide clear differentiation between the two products
All these are major services which lead to provided by Virtucon and Globex developed software.
This has been resulted to maximize the client satisfaction and make them happy so that best
product get to consume. This software includes various people with different skills like analytical
skills, risk management skill, network and software development skills, and communication and
leadership skills.

Part 1: Measurable Organisational Value
A project does not work efficiently without any target or goal. It is essential for project managers
to draft a goal so that team can work towards that with appropriate skills and values
(Marchewka, 2014). Thus, such a goal is helpful to define the value of a project so that the client
can trust towards the project. It is essential for the project manager to define the values of a
project and state the goal so that the team can work on it. The goal of TAHS is to:
“To provide good services to Globex customers with the online medium so that their health and

This statement is helpful to define things clearly for the team so that they can incorporate

outcome. It is a major responsibility of a project manager to understand areas of impact so that
