result, there is a favourable impact on the company’s overall efficiency. When it comes to
management techniques, they look at the needs of the company to find out about rising costs,
changing employee behaviours, and obstacles in the hiring process (Gibb and Zhang, 2017).
Talent management is a collection of HR processes that work together. As a result, talent
management operations are more than the sum of their parts. This also implies that, in order to
realise its full potential, a talent management strategy is essential. HR can concentrate on a
variety of aspects of talent management. This is especially useful when hiring managers seek to
hire people from diverse walks of life.

Bentley Motors, a British manufacturer and marketer of SUVs and luxury cars with headquarters
in England, is used in this study. W. O. Bentley launched the company in North London in 1919.
