Aspects of cost: this is the element which are related to the total cost which are
needed for project, like payment, travelling and make raw material for the company and their
employees. The total cost for this project is related to 500 pounds, as it is a small scale
research for knowing more about the talent management process.

also the health risk are occur due to covid-19. Whereas, different form of communication,
resources and successful outcome are needed to consider financial and human resources for
