Respondent 1: Yes, I have proper understanding of talent management concept along with its
importance in hospitality industrial sector. According to me it is the best practice through which
company can conduct their hospitality operations with more effectiveness. For my point of view
talent management facilitate an organisation to effectively enhance overall productivity within its
workplace structure, as with the help of this practice company can effectively in hands women's
ability of the employees.

adequate understanding of its importance in hospitality industry.
