Dear Sir,
Here, I am suggesting the use of talent development into our organizational growth with the
importance of talent development within all kinds of organizations. This letter is an attempt
to see how talent development can effectively contribute to the concept of my future
organization (Gold & Bratton, 2017).
As per my evolved opinion, I have learned a lot regarding human resource management as it
made me learn how the concept of talent development is important to all modern firms. The
whole course highlighted the benefits of applying talent development in such organizations
(Vance, 2020).
Based on week-I learning, the module made me learn about the HRM module introduction
with the help of several readings such as books, journals, websites, and other documents. I
got to know that talent development and management act as a sustained competitive
advantage in this modern world (Thomas & Smith, 2013).
I have learned workforce planning with CIPD podcast and many other quality journals.
Learning about key concepts regarding human resource management made me realize that
without talent management no organization can have good talent and skilled people in order
to achieve organizational goals and objectives (Vance, 2020).
My studies in this module gave me learning in the form of strategies for attracting as well as
retaining talent into modern firms. As per my evolved opinion, Talent Development refers to

a set of integrated organizational HR processes which is typically designed to grab, develop,
motivate, as well as retain engaged productive employees (Gold & Bratton, 2017).
In addition to that, weeks 4, 5 and 6 made me learn about key goals of talent development so
that I can create a sustainable, high-performance organization in the near future. I will use all
of this knowledge on human resource management (HRM) which meets their strategic as
well as operational objectives and goals (Bal & De Lange, 2015).
In this way, the whole HRM module and classes provided learning on talent development and
management in an organization that is essential to be cultivated and grown in order to survive
in this competitive era (Vance, 2020). My future actions will be based on talent management
and development practices which are useful and important for identifying the right talent for
sustainable business development and growth. Thus, as per my best knowledge and
understanding of the HRM concepts, I have explored the role of talent development in our
organization and hence asking you to use the same.
