In this research, quantitative research method will use as it helps researcher in gathering
appropriate information or data on topic so that valid conclusion can be drawn. Apart from
this, inductive research approach will use as it provides insights to researcher on topic.
Descriptive research design is used in the research. Both primary and secondary data
collection methods will use in investigation for gathering appropriate data on topic. For
collecting primary data, questionnaire will use and secondary data will be collected with the
help of previously published books, journals, articles, newspapers etc. For selecting
sampling size, simple random sampling method will use and 30 respondents will be
selected who are the stakeholders of company.
