supermarket chains in London. It was founded in the year 1869 by John James Sainsbury (Crane
and Hartwell 2019). The company has product lines in different categories and it has a
diversified business in the market with strong customer base. The project further explains the HR
practices with the best recommendations to be followed by the company. The report will further
explain the issue that is Talent Management which can be analyzed with the help of

by loosing such employees. Several rivals can offers the better pay. Therefore, the HR
management of Sainbury’s should offer the attractive pay and promotion to its employees
in order to retain them in company functions (Huang,and et. Al., 2021).
2. The mentioned company have to apricate their employee timely. Hence for such
function's company can provide the bonuses as well as vouchers to its employee. These
practices will surely develop the more faith and loyalty of such employees towards the
company functions. As Sainbury's has around 1,17,000 employee approximately in their
operations. Therefore if they provide the festival bonuses or appraisal bonuses of around
30 pounds each. It would cost them around 3510000 pound.
3. The mentioned company need to planned for future scenarios in advance as if some top
level management leaves the company operations. Then, the HR management will have
to recruit and select the ideal employee to fulfill such post as fast as possible without
