approach after seeing the major impact of covid-19 on major industries. With the help of
effective talent management strategies and innovation, most of the companies can make a
positive impact and increase company’s productivity over the period of time. While working
on staff retention, training and morale is the major key function which are essential for the
growth and make effective talent management which make a differentiation in between one
and other organisation (Bryant and White, 2019). The chosen company for completing this
project is Tepperman, a retail industry company which are needed to be overworked and
manage the great value in the home appliance, since its corporation period of 1925, they are
operating six major operating store in London and Canada.
Aims: “To evaluate the new initiatives which are related to the style of working in an
organisation to achieve higher talent management approaches. A case study on Tepperman.”
Objective:
To understand the role of talent management within an organisation.
To determine the new and innovative strategy which are using by the chosen
organisation within their way of style and culture to enhance talent management.
To analysis the challenges which are face by the company while using new strategies
to implement talent management.
Section 2: Project Plan
Project management plan
Project topic: “To evaluate the new initiatives which are related to the style of working in
an organisation to achieve higher talent management approaches. A case study on
Tepperman.”
Project aims: The main aim is to make effective growth and management to strong
identification and make technique for analysing the situation to retain the growth of people
management. While working on the effective strategies and solution which are highly
related to the growth of company. While, working in the different companies to work and

Deliverables This is the section, which are highly related to make developed and
innovative strategies to work and manage effective strategies. All of these are related to
sources and different opportunities over the period of time.
Communication: This is the method which are helpful for managing and understanding the
concept over the period of time. Whereas the company are able to make some major
effective strategies and analysis on the basis of growth (Bryson, 2017). It could be related
to make some major effective benefits and make strategies for talent management process.
Resources This is the process which are highly related to make quality and service and
make more effective children in basic advantage and new participants for the growth of
company. It has been related to make resources in management in different quality and
resources of the team work.
Quality: This is an important source which are highly related to different values and
quality of time which are helpful and necessary for the growth. It has been related to make
sure for major effective resourceful for make effective to make employee and make
eventual sources.
Time: the time frame which are needed to be work and manage to make effective
timeframe and different major changes and work as per the essential growth and
completion of the project. It has been analysis that it take nearly 1.5 months.
Risk: The major risk factor are basically related to company and their major risk which are
face by authorities which are essential to make effective growth and opportunities to make
management policies. It will be related to best approaches within different sources and
make major approaches within the risk factors.
Gantt chart
A Gantt chart is a management tool, assisting which make an effective tool for having
effective planning and scheduling for the growth of having all size (Champlin. and Lankerd,
2017). It has been related to make management timeline and task which are related to
effective different and simplifying complex project. All these are basically related to effective
scope and changes to maintain the success.

This is the method which are related to a method for completing a multi steps and

research topic. Main objective of data sources is to increase the validity and reliability of
research. When the researcher use view point off different researchers are involved in the
investigation then it provides a more reliable solution (Kalaimani, 2016). There are several
activities involved in research work which are completed in efficient manner for organising
the useful unsuccessful project. In present scenario, researcher has used two types of data
collection methods for collecting details about talent management. The two types of data
collection involved in this research are described below:
Primary data collection method
This type of data is collected by the first-hand information. It helps in fulfilling the
research purpose effectively. In present survey, researcher has conducted a survey and asked
the questions from different respondents of company. In the present research, all surveys
conducted and 30 respondents were asked questions about talent management in their
organisation. It provides an analysis to identify different type of issues and challenges which

are associated with talent management in their organisation. Automatic analysis is also
conducted. In this, graphs are used for interpreting the information given by respondent..
Secondary data collection method
This type of data collection method is used for collecting the already existing or saved
data about the topic. In present research, second researchers collected by websites,
magazines, website off company and many more. Secondary data collection method is useful
for the research because it provides data from already existing sources. These can include
literature review, article review, previous researchers and many more (Keyes, 2016). These
are a reliable source which can be trusted by researchers for completing their project work. It
is evaluated that research work is effectively conducted when there is guidance and help from
previous researchers. Talent management researchers conducted by previous investigators is
also referred while completing the project.
Both primary data and secondary data are used for evaluating the researchers about
current scenario. It helps in providing the details about talent management. In this way
effective results can be projected by the researchers (Morledge, Smith and Appiah, 2021).
This research is completed on talent management by using effective primary as well as
secondary data sources properly. There is also conclusion made according to the information
collected. There is evaluation about strategies which can be used by companies in order to
enhance their talent management.
