about the new challenges and keep them prepare to work with those challenges and be able to
take the business to new height. The current study aims at develop an understanding regarding
the role that a talent management plays within a hotel and manner in which it supports in
improving its overall performance. This investigation will support Four season hotel in
determine several strategic approaches that it may use for effective implication of talent
management. The four season hotel is a chain of luxury hotel which is headquartered in Canada
and provide its services of hospitality and accommodation throughout the world. It maintain a
chain of 100 hotels and resort throughout the world and known for its high quality services and
greater base of satisfied customers. But to maintain this it is crucial for Four Season hotel to keep
its skills and competent personnel retained with brand for longer by providing them several
opportunity for growth and development by making appropriate use of strategic approach for
talent management. To better understanding of this the current study is conducted so that better
strategic approach for talent management can be identified.

REFLECTION
Effectiveness of research methods in meeting objectives
The experience that I get throughout study was great as I develop my understanding
regarding the importance of talent management for an organisation and several type of methods
that help in performing investigation appropriately. For conducting this study quantitate method
was used which support in gathering information in quantified format where I become able to
determine the larger amount of data in concise format. The main reason behind choosing this
method is that it supported me in providing the quantified data. Other than this I gathered
information from both sources such as primary and secondary which supported me in using the
previously established study as the base for further proceeding the knowledge with new research.
For this secondary information is presented in form of literature review where view point of
different authors are critically reviewed. On other side, for primary data I use questionnaire
which supported me in gathering larger amount of data in less possible time period.
Alternative research methodology
For this study I used questionnaire as a tool for gathering information as it helps in
collecting view point of several people at a time. But in case when I again get a chance to
conduct research, I will make use of interview as it supports in maintaining a face to face
conversation with respondent. This provide investigator a chance to collect information by
moulding the questions as per situation for getting positive outcome.
CONCLUSION
According to above performed investigation it can be said that talent management plays a
significant role within the organisational performance at workplace. This is so because when
employees are being managed by an organisation effectively in term of training, better
compensation, positive working culture etc. then only they become able to fully utilize their
talent toward the accomplishment of organisational goals. There are number of approach that an
organisation can use to manage talent such as Performance Assessments, Reward &
compensation, Provide Development Opportunities etc., these all support in retaining talent from
longer duration which in turn help in ensuring the flow of innovative ideas toward betterment of
