industry. This research topic provide vast information that assist me in rising skills and
knowledge about the talent management and how retain workers within the business. As a

various skills like time management, data collection, analysis information and many more. These

unethical behavior. Therefore, overall research provides me huge knowledge and improve my
experience that helped me I undertaking future research in more systematic way without any
