This research proposal examines the influence of talent management on organizational performance, using Amazon as a case study. It explores the concept of talent management, its impact on Amazon's performance, and strategies for effective talent management, including employee planning, acquisition, retention, performance management, and development. The research aims to analyze Amazon's talent management practices, including global talent management strategies. The methodology includes inductive research, utilizing both primary and secondary research methods such as questionnaires and literature reviews. The research targets 50 Amazon employees aged 25-35 and focuses on data analysis to draw conclusions about the relationship between talent management and organizational success.
