One of the major reason to select the project is to enhance the knowledge related with talent-
management perspective (Eriksson, Larsson and Pesämaa, 2017). The reason to study talent-
management is that it aids me to understand and analyse methods which is beneficial for
improving talent perspective. Along with this it also helps me to complete project in an
appropriate manner. Along with this my research skill are also improved so it is another or
second reason to understand project related with talent-management. Like, research helps me to
improve time-management, data-collection and analytical skills to improve my performance
(Butler and et.al., 2020).

Methods to improve talent-management at workplace
According to the perspective of Khanaeva and Lysenko, (2016). this is analyse and observed
that various techniques exists and it helps for improving talent workforce in organisation.
Some of these terms are mention as below:
Training and development- One of the most important technique that is beneficial for
improving knowledge and experience of workforce through completing all task in an
appropriate manner. It also aids me to improve more coordination at workplace for performing
all task within appropriate manner.
Norms and values- The most effective values and norms aids in transferring about all
perspective and it aids management for improve talent related strategies. It also aids persons
for generating teams that are effective and it enhance work efficiency for completion of task

Ways to retain and improve talent-management workforce
From the analysis of (Latukha, (2020), there are different task managed and it is used for
performing all roles with motive of managing talent-management.
Formulation of team- Manager focus on the development of team that is aids by
organisation for performing all task with decided opportunity. It is also used to interact and
generate individuals with an appropriate manner.
Rewards to maintain good relations- Persons or manager that are engaged in organisation
provide rewards to workforce and it is used for generating good relation at workplace. This
also aids organisation for completion of task with engaging professional approach in business.

With the point view of Malik and Singh, (2020), management perform different roles
that are essential for completion of task within organisation. By analysing and understanding
relations the management is able to complete all task through considering perspective which is
