Introduction
The main aim of this study is that talent management is the process by which different
business and business environment. That recognise and developed some talented people
who can give the positive impact on their organisational behaviour and productivity of
the company. Talent management is the process which is used as the main role of human
resource management team. Many other leaders or managers who needed to fill gap in
between the vacant positions and employees of the organisation (Björkman and et.al.,
2017). The main reason for choosing this topic for conducting a research is to evaluate
the basic understanding about the challenges which are face by organisation if there are
ineffective talent management procedure. In order to complete this assignment the
chosen organisation is Compass group. It was founded in 1941, headquartered in
Chertsey, United Kingdom. This organisation is chosen as it is related to the customer
oriented and the need of talent management is most important for their growth.

As per the view of Barrierie, (2020); this is very important to recruit the right staff
within organisation which are important for the company to sustain and make high profit
within market. This is not luck by chance step, this is the step which are used by complete
analysis and planning before implementation. As because one candidate can upgrade the
service of the customer and enhance the opportunities of business. While at the same time
they become the reason for failure of organisation (Jose, LaPort and Trippe, 2016). To
understand the concept of talent management and their challenges which are face by the
organisation if they not follow up regularly in the proper sequence must be understand by the
organisation (Linking talent to value, 2021). This is very important for the organisation like
compass group to work according to the taste and preference of customer. Different
organisation has different relation with the change management which are affect the growth
of organisation and their employees. This is very important to try and find best approaches
which can be used within organisation and make effective result in terms of wealth and

Yes, the project succeed in their aim and objective. As the outcome of the research and
result of secondary methods are very helpful for finding outcome of selected objectives.
Organisation and their basic need related to the concept of human resource management in
order to stand high in market.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project
(e.g initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of
perspectives.
All the stages are going well and perform effectively in order to complete this particular
research. In the initial stage; the process of choosing aim and objective are satisfied by the
teachers and mentor. While conducting research methods; this is very difficult for me to
understand the each method and choose right one. Further I conduct Gant chart and WBS
activities with the guidance of my teacher.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
The main problem which are occurred during completion of project is to use different type
of methods. And make work break down structure and Gantt chart which are never done by
me. In last to evaluate the data analysis is difficult which are difficult to analysis by
different charts and pie-charts.
What did you learn from undertaking the project?
I learned different ways to conduct the research in an ethical manner. Further I learned
various benefits of talent management and the use of talent management strategies to
overcome the challenges within organisation. I learned to make analysis and evaluate the
research in a right approach.
How would you rate your performance as a management consultant leading the
project?
I manage all the things with an effective way and solve my hurdle with the support of my
leaders and teacher. I would rate my performance 8 out of 10 points in order to become a
management consultant in the leading project.
