Introduction
Talent management is the process which help the company for analysing and growing the
employee's productivity to make development in the company. This is the responsibility of the
employees for gaining and managing the time period for the of effective strategies to retain their
talented employees and make growth in the local small scale industry (Anwar and Abdullah,
2021). The chosen company for the project is DBL Logistic, is a local, family owned transport
company and known for the bets pallet delivery services in UK. The company started in 1982 by
Berk and Linda Clerk son and start delivering the goods in the North England. The need of the
research is to find the effective strategies used by the chosen company to retain their employees
and make growth in the talent management sources.

Aim: “To identify the impact of effective talent management strategies in order to retain talented
people in small scale sector. A case study on DBL Logistic.”
Objectives:
To understand the meaning of talent management strategies within the organisation.
To evaluate different strategies used by the DBL Logistic in order to manage their

To determine the effect of talent management on the performance of the organisation's

research activities, cost, resources, communication process and make effective manpower for
using effective and efficient manner.
Scope: The main scope for the project is to identify the different techniques to make
effective talent management in the small-scale sector. The importance and growth of the project
are the important factors that is needed to be included in project (Başaran, 2021). This study help
in developing effective understanding and make talent management practices for the use of
effective employees and retain them for the longer period of time.

make the complete analysis and evaluation of the project and achieve all the targets as per the
growth of the company. With the help of effective timescales the researcher are able to complete
