promote target accomplishment. Farmfood managers initiate meetings with employees in which they
are provided guidance about goal setting.
Quarterly Consultation Sessions – Feedbacks are taken from employees at regular basis for managing
the employee and boss will review the employee's success in achieving his or her goals, as well as any
further assistance that might be needed.
Last Meeting: Annual Review – These meetings are conducted for managing collaboration between
