Introduction
Talent management has not been identified as the simple human resource which can be
properly implemented in inhospitality industry growth and development contributing in growth
and prosperity. This help the company to have the proper commitment in order to hire, develop
and retain the highly talented and excellent employees towards hospitality industry. Talent
management plays an important role in development of business strategy which will affect the
growth of company as skilled employee has been considered as the important assets of firm.
Human talents is all about development and utilization which is driving company towards
various innovation in the developed and developing economics. These types of talents have the
acquaintance of skill that is needed to exposed by employee at time of training and development
practices of company. In the other hand there is varsity of challenges that is faced by
organization and their managers in hospitality industry in having proper recruitment. Developing
and commitment maintenance well managed and motivated employees who are focussing on
quality of services and products on order to have increase satisfaction level of customers. The
proper functioning and vitality of performance with tales management helps the company over
having proper determinations of high potentilla of employee which will have strategic fitment
over management roles which will in order helps in proper development and growth of
organisation in hospitality industry.
Problem statement
Having proper achievements of competitive advantage by the hotels with having
continuous development on terms of innovation and customer satisfaction will be ever bidding
challenge for many organizations is hospitality industry. This has been considered as the severe
issue which as been considered as the major impact in development of economy in country.
Hotel Hilton has classified as the one of best 7 stars hotel with the quality of services along with
degree of level satisfaction of employees. But the hotel is facing the immense issue of high level
of employee turnover as they are meeting the criteria of development and providing the
maximum satisfaction to employees. Due to constant change in expectation of customer along
with lack of technological changes and greater need for innovation, company is lacking behind in
having the competitive advantage and decline in profit share of company. So it has been turned
out to be important for the company to have proper development of company in order to get
competitive advantage.

The topic for the completion of the research due to the interest as the talent management
in inhospitality industry has been there burning issues in hospitality industry. The report will be
able to have proper discussion over hotel Hilton as there is continuous challenges faced in
company to have proper implementation of talent management in employees. The company is
lacking in gaining competitive advantage along with decline in profit share.

strategies which will help in overall development of organization. The company employee are
having the barriers as resistance to change. There are ready to accept the variolous changes
which is bought in company with reference to have different level of innovation having longer
term productivity.

It is identification as the specific procedure and techniques to have the proper identification ,
selection and the process of analysis the information related to development of topics towards the

and behaviour. The researcher should have proper implementation of the research approach

various research purpose and effective and understanding. The processes of sampling include the
process in which the data would be selected and evaluated and the data would also include the
process of the sampling and the data would be evaluated effectively.
Ethical consideration
It is term as the specified as the important part of the successful development of
research. The research will not be considered are the effective research if the researcher will fill
to have achievement . The researcher should be not the added subjection of doing harm to any of
the respondent in any ways, on the other hand the researcher as should have the proper respects
over the authentication of research by maintaining the level of dignity. The protection and
privacy should be maintained along with major consents of research participants. The researcher
should have the maintenance of level of confidentiality about the data of research along with any
deception about various aims and objectives which must be avoided. Confidentiality consist of
the identifying the information must not be made available to anyone. It will ensure that the
information gathered form the report and the documents will be confidential. Anonymity is the
form of the privacy and the confidentiality will be maintained effectively. There is difficult to
achieve the confidentiality when the research would include the social research. The researcher
should be had the proper affiliation about the sources of funding which so that the further
conflicts of the interest can be patiently avoided. There should be proper avoidance of offensive,
discriminatory and the other unacceptable knowledge or language while the formulation of
questionnaire of making the interview questions. Keeping in mind all the ethical consideration in
mind the researcher will be able to have the highest level of productivity in achieving the
objective and aim of research with having proper discussion and analysis throughout the
