INTRODUCTION
Talent management is a continuous procedure which engage holding and gaining
amended quality of the workers. This procedure includes developing and improving the skills of
the employees, motivating them towards the work and improving their performance. The aim of
talent management is to create positive environment where workers can feel motivated and more
inspired. Workers and the human workforce are much important and essential part of the
company. Managing and motivating the workers will lead to effective development of the
company and also help the company to remove conflicts and uncertainty (Al Ariss, and Sidani,
Y., 2016). Now a day it has been analysis that, there are several companies who are going
through with many difficulties in relation with talent management that is why talent management
is very required for the companies in order to overcome the problems and difficulties in the
company. This report is going to explain about the H&M(Hennes & Mauritz AB). It is
international brand of clothing and also much reputed for their fashion, trend of the men, women,
children and many more. This context is going to concentrate on difficulties and hindrance which
is facing by the company in regards to talent management and about strategies and planning
which is opt by the company in order to make effective and better environment (Ncube, 2016).

This context is going to conduct an investigation for analysing and measuring each factor

important and much required for the company in order to work properly with more effectiveness.
By using talent-management an organisation make them able to achieve their aims and goals in a
very effective and efficient way. There are few aspect which is considered by the company
(Pauli, 2018).

companies in order to run effectively in the market with more opportunities and amended
workforce. H&M company follow the strategies and planning of the talent management that is
why they are producing high quality of the product and maintain the environment of the
company. This procedure or concept also support the company to analyse and identify the
behaviour and capabilities of the employees and what are their interest and quality and then take
initiate according to the analysation in order to separate them according to their capabilities.
There are several kind of difficulty facing by the company such as in a procedure of selection,
recruiting, training and development. There are some more issues like employees retention,
attrition rate, low performance of the employees so managing all these issues the company is
working on this investigation or on talent-management procedure. This concept direct the HRM
