from other famous hotels situated at Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. Thus, the current
research work is conducted on Holiday inn London to study the impact of talent management on
HR role in hospitality sector.

The aim of this research is conducted on Holiday inn London is , “To study the impact of
talent management on HR role in hospitality sector”.
