Gantt Chart
Gantt chart is defined as the type of bar chart which is outlining all those activities which are to be
conducted within a research so that efficacy can be attained within research. By taking assistance of
Gantt chart all the activities can be finished in appropriate time frame so researcher may receive
benefits over conducting the research. Besides this this is also helpful for researcher to avoid
overlapping of various activities. The model was developed by Henry Gantt in year 1910 – 1915. For
this research Gantt chart is mentioned as under:

areas of research will cover:
Research methodologies are defined as the tools and techniques which are used within research in
order to get authentic information and to gather reliable data as well. For a researcher this is
imperative that they use the most suitable research methodologies so that to gather relevant
information within research. Under this research, research onion framework will be used which is
helpful in providing authentic information associated with the given topic. The elaboration of this
framework is as under:
Research philosophies: This is the aspect under which various information can be gathered.
There are two types of research philosophies which can be used by researcher such as
interpretivism and positivism. Under this research researcher will use positivism philosophy
as this is one of the effective method which could be helpful in analysing differential
situation. Similarly this will additional help in measuring quantitative data in appropriate
manner. Within this research positivism is considered as this is a scientific method and not
based over subjective aspects.
Research Approaches: This is regarded as the process which can be adopted by researcher
so that to perform overall research in appropriate manner. For conducting the research in
significant manner this is imperative for researcher that they select proper research approach.
There are two types of research approaches such as inductive and deductive. For undertaking
present research researcher will use deductive approach which is prominently supports nature
of research. In addition to this, deductive approach is focused over numeric data information
so this will be easier for researcher to draw out conclusion.
Research strategies: This is defined as the method in which data will be collected by
researcher in order to accumulate data on related topic. Strategies are of two types qualitative
and quantitative. Under this research quantitative strategy will be used by researcher under
which questionnaire will be prepared. The major reason of selecting questionnaire is that this
will help in gathering response from various respondents.
Research Choice: This is defined as the aspect with which aims and objectives of research.
For conducting research in appropriate manner researcher is required to use this aspect
wisely. There are two types of research choice such as qualitative and quantitative. Under this
research quantitative choice will be used as data is gathered through questionnaire and in
numerical manner conclusion will be drawn.
Time horizon: This is defined as the duration of time which is required by researcher in
order to finish the project in timely manner. There are two types of time horizon such as
cross-sectional and longitudinal. In the context of above research cross-sectional time horizon

will be used which is helpful for researcher to analyse and collect data in appropriate time
frame. The major reason for selecting this horizon is that this will help in calculating
completion time of each activity in such a way that issues within research can be minimised.
Data collection: This is defined as the aspect in which information is collected by researcher
in order to draw appropriate conclusion out of research. For a researcher this is imperative
that an appropriate cycle is followed for data collection so that conclusion can be exerted in
significant manner. There are two types of data collection sources such as primary and
secondary. In this research primary and secondary sources of data collection are used. 30
respondents are selected out of whole population. Besides this in terms of secondary sources
literature review is used in which information is gathered through books, journals and
publications. The major reason behind choosing these method is to gain appropriate insight
over attaining aims and objectives in proper manner.
Sampling: This is defined as the process under which small samples are selected out of
whole population. There are two types of sampling such as probabilistic sampling and non-
probabilistic sampling. In the present research probabilistic sampling is used in which 30
sample size is undertaken. This will help the researcher to take out conclusion in significant
manner.
