Talent management within organization is not attracting right people it is known as the
continuous process that includes hiring, sourcing, retaining, developing, promoting while
meeting the requirements of the firm. This concept provides the career development and
promotional opportunities for the staff members that involve succession, career paths as well as
job opportunities.

Background of Research: Talent management is one of the most effective approach
which needs to be implemented by organization, as this helps them in enhancing skills and talent
of workers. It is process in which company is been engaged in hiring, recruiting and retaining
effective talent. This process supports organization in improving their operational efficiency.
Aim:
“To analyse effectiveness of talent management in order to raise productivity and
enhancing business organization success. - A case study on JW Marriott”
Objectives:
To understand the conceptual framework of talent management as strategic approach.

Rationale

Research type: There are two types of research that is Qualitative and Quantitative. For
present report qualitative report will be used. Qualitative data with questionnaire will be used for
research.
Research approach: There are two types of approaches that is inductive and deductive. In
order to conduct research, researchers will make use of inductive approach. It will assist
researcher in doing in depth research.
Data collection: There are two methods of data collection one is primary and other is
secondary. For present report primary approach will be used. Questionnaire will be made in
study.
Sampling: For present research, random sampling method will be used. It will be
conducted on 30 respondents which are employees.

recruiting, selecting, coordinating with the effective talent in organization. Managing talent can
assist firm in increasing job performance and productivity of organization. It helps hospitality
organization in reaching out their short term as well as long term goals and objectives. Talent can
be managed by providing employees with better training and learning so that their skills get
improves and they are able to meet out company’s vision and mission.
On the other hand, stated that Thunnissen, (2016) in order to manage talent hospitality
organization must be engaged in providing employees with better working conditions. So that
they can retain them. It will also help firm in creating employee’s engagement. They will
become more royal towards organization. Talent management means employer must be engaged
in placing right people with right resources on right job. This will help them in increasing
efficiency and productivity of firm. It will also help them in making effective utilization of
organizations most valuable asset that is human resource. Talent management can help firm in
growing.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that talent management is one of the most effective approach which
needs to be implemented by organization. This enables in retaining of employees and increasing
their productivity.
RECOMMENDATION
There are some recommendation which can be followed:
Here, company can follow several practices of talent management which will help in improving
skills and abilities of staff.
The can integrate reward management practice into it which will be useful in retaining of
