Secondary Data: This data on which brings theoretical information about a particular topic. It
does not take use of graphs and statistical data and findings. In this project of talent management,
the information would generate resulting of depth knowledge about talent management. The
information would be generate on the basis of different books and other internet sources.
As in this report, the above talent management is described about to scrutinised data on the basis
to collect therotical information. It also presented in form of literature review which is get
through analysing different books and articles.
Sampling: It is method of selecting samples from large number of sets. The sampling size of
taken in research considered 30 employees of Marks and Spencer to deliver best knowledge
about the company to get true interpretation.
