that includes the combination of HR process towards the life cycle of employee. It basically
consist of employee engagemnt, work force planning, development and learning, performance
management, recruiting at digital basis and selection towards employee retention and succession
planning. The main aim is to improves business performance through practices that makes
employees more productive manner. In this report, the company Marks and Spencer which is
multinational company that deals to provide premium base of product and services such as
cosmetics, households etc. . It is also effectively using its strategies and providing motivation
programmes to there employees. This report includes project aim and objectives, research
methodology, literature review and data analysis.
