topic is based on the fact that it is a vital concept that leads an efficient impact on the HR
management which formed the most vital resource of any firm. Apart from this, an
analysis about the vital strategies that can be applied by a company to have better
management of HR along with leading higher motivation and performance level of
employees is also provided that is significant and important for a firm to have higher
efficiency and success level. Beside this, the reason for choosing current topic also based
on the fact that it would lead to meet the future plans and educational preference of

Research philosophy – Use of positivism philosophy is proposed for current investigation
as it seemed to support most practical and systematic form of investigation.
Research approach- Deductive approach is research is seemed more align with the
positivism philosophy and support objective nature of research through leading effective
testing and scanning of collected data.
Research strategy- Survey strategy of research would be applied for current research
project on Marriott hotel which facilitates better collection of data with the help of
questionnaire.
Choices of method- Application of quantitative form of research method would be utilised
for current study on Marriott Hotel as it lead to more efficient collection of data in
