This project investigates the relationship between talent management and organizational performance, focusing on a case study of TESCO. The research aims to evaluate the talent management concept, determine its role in organizational success, identify challenges faced by TESCO in implementing talent management strategies, and explore strategies to overcome these challenges. The project also examines the link between talent management, organizational behavior, and profitability. The methodology includes a literature review, positivism research philosophy, a deductive approach, a questionnaire strategy, and quantitative research choice. Data collection involves primary and secondary sources, with a sample of 50 employees selected through simple random sampling. The project outlines activities, timescales, and ethical considerations, including participant recruitment and consent processes. The study aims to provide insights into how talent management can be effectively implemented to enhance organizational success and profitability.
