As per this, overall study aim to test a model where appropriate talent
management and organisational firm performance which is hypothesized
and not contributing positively in the employee retention. As per all some of
outcomes are achieved such as the organisational performance is not
usually used or related with the employee retention. Overall the second on
is the talent management practice do not used to influence the employee
retention which is positive in nature. Talent management and organisational
performance is usually creating no impact in employee retention.
