Aim:
To analyse the impact of talent management on the performance of company: A study on
Pret A Manger.
Objectives:
To analyse the concept of talent management.
To determine the impact of talent management on the performance of the company.
As talent management is an important concept with respect to company that would enable it
to make attraction as well as retention of employees. Since it is concerned with the attraction of
talent and its retention which would further assist right to be said that talent management would
play an important role in raising its performance with the efficient workforce.
Project management plan
Scope:
This is the first element of the project which would cover the various activities in relation
with the project that would lead to raise the success (Friedland, Folt and Mercer, 2018). The
scope of this project would be considered towards the aspect of talent management and its
activities which would lead to raise the performance of the company.
Time:
This is an important aspect with regard to the project. this is very important that the
project would be accomplished within the given time limit in order to attain its objectives
(Richardson and Jackson, 2018). the concerned project would be accomplished in 6 months.
With the accomplishment of the project in given time the chances of its success would be raised.
Risk:
Like every project, this project would also bear various risk that may have an impact
towards the outcome of the project. The major risk in the concerned project is related with the
finance and time. This is because in order to perform the concerned activities the project would
need an adequate cost management structure. Likewise, it is equally important the project would
be made completed in the required time limit.

On the other hand, Rinaldhy, (2020) critics that talent management involve the huge

plans and policies. This would further assist the company in terms of raising the performance in
terms of raising the aspect of sales and the profitability. It would also lead to have a positive
impact with respect to an organization in terms of enabling it to gain competitive advantage with
the aspect of efficient and skilled workforce. This means through talent management the
employees would remain retain in the organization that would enable the it to gain the
competitive advantage with the efficient moves and actions of the employees.
Vaiman, Collings and Scullion, (2017) also states that it would also benefits the
organization in terms of making it ready for bearing the future risk and changing situation with
the skilled and talented workforce. It will assist the organization to meet its objectives because it
is directly linked with raising the efficiency of the employees along with holding such talented
employees within the organization.
However, in the same mode Collings, Scullion and Caligiuri, (2018) also said that with

of managerial level, as per majority employees i.e. 7, the talent management as the process of
