Conclusion
It has been concluded that management of an organisation should emphasize on
managing talent in the company as this provides various benefit to it in terms of
improved employee engagement, enable multi skill building, succession planning
etc. Apart from this, by providing proper rewards and recognition and continuous
growth and development opportunities to employees, manager can retain them for
long term in the organisation.

In order to ensure this, there are some recommendations provided to manager of company which help
in retaining the talent. Some of the recommendations are provided below -
1. The organisation should provide its employees with constant development opportunities so that
they can enable to improve their skills and competencies and perform their roles and responsibilities
effectively towards accomplishment of organisational goals.
2. In addition to this, the organisation should reward and recognise employees for the work they
have done in proper way so that they get motivated and emphasize more on towards accomplishment of
organisational goals.

Reflection
By the assistance of this study, I was able to learnt many things. I not only get knowledge
regarding the topic but also learnt about various research methodologies as well as the way to
perform a research systematically and ensure successful completion of its aim and objectives.
Apart from this, performing this research also improved my various skills like communication
and team working. In this study, I made use of quantitative research method in which both
primary and secondary data was collected and analysed.
