This research project analyzes the role of talent management strategies in business growth within the hospitality sector, specifically focusing on employee satisfaction levels at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The project is structured into four tasks. Task 1 establishes project aims, objectives, and a project management plan, including a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart. Task 2 involves small-scale research using quantitative and qualitative methods, including questionnaires administered to employees. Task 3 focuses on data analysis using tools and techniques to interpret findings and provide recommendations. Task 4 reflects on the research objectives and learning outcomes. The research explores the concept of talent management, its impact on employee performance, and the challenges and consequences associated with it. The project uses a questionnaire to gather data from 30 respondents and employs charts and graphs to present the analysis of the data collected. The overall aim is to understand and assess the importance of talent management in the hotel industry.
