Reason behind choosing the project is that it
is linked with the other subject that I'm
currently studying. Also, I have an interest in

the topic and want to build my knowledge on

workplace. These methods can include

job descriptions etc. Benefits of talent
management include retention of employees
for a long duration of time, improved

company and so on. Lastly, challenges that
Marriott International can face while retaining
talent at workplace can include low employee
morale and also, a decline in their confidence
level.
