engaged in recruiting graduates for the positions which are been vacant in firm. The main
advantage of this HR function is that the IT roles on which people are been working requires
highly skilled employees. The talent is being found in young graduates so company is being
engaged in hiring the young people.

in development of workers, so in Pine Apps Ltd company the training is been done by senior
management. This will assist the company in increasing their productivity and also because of
