Qualitative approach: This method is used in collecting information an relative data
which is collected by carrying interviews, first hand observation participant observation,
manual recording and documentation(Claus, 2019). This method consists of collection
and analysis of non numerical data by different concepts, opinions and experiences which
are considerate.
Data collection sources: Primary Sources: It refers to have fresh and new sources of data collection like
interviews, on spot assessments which are gathered as a primary data. It is defined as a
efficient and effective of gathering data that could be classified and applied as a primarily
source of enhancing business's productivity.
Secondary Sources: It refers to an alternative approach of collecting data by study of
journals, books and statements. In this information is a proper information and data of
primary data which is unstructured and that creates it useful by relating with a reliable
figures and facts.
In this researcher has to make a proper proper usage of primary as well as secondary
sources. In terms of primary research questionnaire is prepared and carrying for secondary
research a proper and systematic literature review is stated to develop better knowing and
knowledge about a specific topic.
Sampling:
It is basically defined as a process which is used to design statistical analysis by which
predetermined observation could be calculated and determined and it is taken from a large
population size(Whysall, Owtram and Brittain, 2019). It refers to a methodology through which
effectual understanding processed by making solutions from respective applicants and
responders. In this project sample size is taken as 50 respondents.
