Significance of talent management on the performance of employees
According to the viewpoint of Anannya Saraswat, 2019, Talent management play a
very important role in improving the overall performance so as to ensure productivity and
efficiency within a workplace. The manager ensures to retain right talent as it helps in
development and provide an opportunity to improve the overall performance of business. It
also encourages employees to participate in decision making so as to ensure proper success
within a working place. As focus is mainly on recruiting right employees so as to inculcate
confidence skills and develop positive attitude among them as it also develops sense of
team spirit in them.
Different ways to identify the talent management act as lever for cultural change in a

Research philosophy- this section of research methodology is bifurcated into two main
categories that is positivism and interpretivism. On the basis of nature of current research
use of Positivism research philosophy is made as it is helpful in conducting resrch in more
practical and scientific way.
Research approach- Deductive and inductive are two main types of research approach out
of which use of deductive approach is made for current research work as it facilitates and
ensures better generalisation of quantitative data (Taylor, 2018).
Research method – The two most commonly used research method are qualitative and
quantitative where qualitative is a method that is based on large amount of data and
consider theoretical concept. For current investigation use of Quantitative research method
is made which facilitate easy collection of data in numeric form (Berger, Berger and
Education, 2018).
Source of data collection- There are two main sources of data collection i.e. primary and
secondary which are used for current investigation. Primary data will be collected with the
help of questionnaire (Tafti, Mahmoudsalehi and Amiri, 2017).
A sample size of 30 respondents is selected with the help of random sampling from the
employees of Intercontinental hotels and resort.
