It can be concluded that talent management is an important aspect for an
organization and can help it in attracting a large number of potential candidates as well as
retaining the existing ones. There are different types of talent management approaches that
can be implemented by an organization in order to enhance its overall productivity. These
can include providing training and development opportunities, coaching and mentoring etc.
The respective company is recommended to recommended to encourage its
employees to participate in the process of decision-making as this will give them a sense of
being valued by the company. Apart from this, the managers as well as leaders of the
company should be provided with effective training along with the employees.
