employees enhancing their skills with the help of continuous motivation and improving their
performance. The major purpose of talent management is to provide proper motivation to work
force in order to make them stay in organisational workplace (Gallardo-Gallardo and et. al.,
2020). Talent management plays an essential role that allow organisation to engage their
employees while enhancing their skills and performance at great extent. It will allow companies
to assure higher consumer, satisfaction, business performance and long-term profitability. Talent
management is a strategic approach which aimed towards attracting, on boarding, developing,
motivating and retaining high performing employees in order to enhance organisational

Rationale
Present research proposal is conduct on the impact of talent management strategies impact
upon organisational success of TESCO. Company is operating its business operations in retail
industrial sector and provide wide range of goods and services to customers, In addition to this it
has been identified that with the assistance of talent management approach organisation can
effectively engage in the process of recruiting highly talented employees and providing different
training practices to existing ones in order to enhance their daily basis for higher organisational
productivity. With the help of talent management approaches and practices, company can
effectively determine the need for human capital and can further meet them in an effective
manner. Talent management is mainly concerned with proper coordination and management of
various talented individuals and strength and organisational process. Talent management play
most important role in enhancing business growth as well as consumer satisfaction. Present
research analysis is being conducted on the aim of the impact of effective talent management
strategies for success of organisation. The rationale behind choosing this research presentation is
