Talent management is a practise that organize strategy, process of selecting the right
talent onboard and help them to grow their skills and development and capabilities keeping
organization objectives in mind. Rolls Royce is one of the oldest and royal brands that
manufacturers Luxury cars for rich people all over the world. The present research will identify
the challenges and obstacles that are faced by Rolls Royce during implementing talent resource
in the company. It will analyse the data through the specific methodological and determine the
relevant conclusion regarding the strategies that are being implemented in Rolls Royce. At the
end recommendation will also provide on the basis of analysing of data.
