effectively. As per the author there are various innovative ways used in order to retain employees
and enhanced their talent such as on boarding and training under this the labor platforms allows
manager to create essential personalized, effective and quick on boarding experience so as to
create and generate greater amount value. In addition to this developing the on boarding agenda
allows goggle to enhance the productivity and profitability of the workforce by 15%. Under this
essential training is provided to the employees in order to improve their skills and performance
which leads to retaining them for the longer period of time(Bonsu, 2019). In addition to this
another innovative way for the talent management is the measures of success rate, under this the
