Feeling
During the researches I have felt that Sainsbury can I improve their market position, if
they look fir the talent management within their organization. I have identified some methods to
enhancing the practices involved in talent within the Sainsbury company (Collings, Mellahi and
Cascio., 2019). This practices can be helpful for the company to make their practices more
effective and their business can grow within the Retail industry. The positive outcome I have got
from the research that Sainsbury Hr department have to identify what kind of talent they need
within their organization based on the Job. They can identify thorough the interview and skills
within the candidates during the interviews. It will make their work more effective because all
the department will get experienced and skilful employees who can work effectively by using
their skills and talent. Sainsbury can offer the carrier development opportunities by providing
them skill based training, employees will able to develop new skills in themselves, and they can
help company to achieve their goals and objectives (Crane and Hartwell., 2019). This kind of
findings can also have huge contribution in the progression of the Sainsbury, and they will to
achieve success.
Evaluation
Employees gave huge contribution in each of the situation within the organization and
positively, they help company to achieve their gaols and objectives but, if they are demotivated
then it can affect entire performance of the company In my opinion The best strategy to improve
talent management practices of Sainsbury are motivation thorough incentives and reward, I
personally believe that employees get motivated when they get financial rewards from their
superiors. They can use the reward to satisfy their needs, and they can use it to spend on their
personal requirement. It will be best for the Sainsbury hR department to change their polices
because they only provide appreciation to their employees which is not enough I believe. They
can change their polices to provide more motivation to their employees, so they can make their
employees work with the full of their potentials. On other side I also have founded that
Sainsbury will need more time, and they also have to pay higher cost to liniment these methods.
Before implementing the new methods for the management HR mangers of the company should
make the proper budget plan so avoid this kind of problems.

Analysis
Researches conducted by me go well in the whole situation because I was using the
proper research methods that helps me to collect useful information related to the Talent
management and its impact. Another thing that I coved and identified in the research project was
the impact of talent management on the employee's performance (Narayanan, Rajithakumar and
Menon., 2019). As per my research I get the positive results that talent management practices can
have positive impact of the employees of the Sainsbury and it can contribute in orations of the
company. The talent management science uses strategic human resource planning in order to
improve business value and to help firms and organizations to achieve their purposes. Efforts
have been done to attract, retain, develop, reward people in order to make them a part of talent
management and strategic workforce planning. Talent management not only can hire, reinforce
and evaluate the talent, but also it can lead to Personal growth, satisfaction in employees’. But it
also provides higher growth to the organization and Sainsbury can achieve goals and objective
of their business and take better competitive position within the market where they are operating
their business and show their presence within the market.
There were some negative aspect of the talent management that I have identified, From
the previous reteaches I have also found out that talent management can also have negative
impact on the employees performance and implementation of the new practices and polices in
talent management can demotivate them, if thy are not aware what changes will take place within
the talent management polices (Sheehan, Grant and Garavan., 2018). Sainsbury Hr department
should commutate with the practices they are implementing for the employee so employees will
be aware, and they can be more excited about the new polices and procedures related to the talent
management within their workplace.
Conclusion
From the previous research I have learned various importance of the Talent management
and also identified, challenges that can be faced by organization to implement the talent
management and this challenges need to be identify so companies can successful implement
talent management practices within their organization. According to the finding from my project,
I can say that Sainsbury can face challenges, if their management decided to implement talent

I can say that Sainsbury can face challenges, if their management decided to implement talent
management practices within their organization. Challenges like poor hiring strategies can
become challenges, it is necessary for the Sainsbury Hr management team to follow the proper

hiring process, loopholes in the process can become challenge and barrier for the company.
Leadership is most important part of the company, if I am a leader of any company then I should
have leadership skills to other people within the organization listen to me and I can implement
the talent management practices effectively. Sainsbury's leaders should also have leadership
skills and knowledge of leadership style to implement the talent management strategies because
they are superiors of the company and other will follow their instructions.
Action plan
On the basis of research conducted by me , I have also found some strategies that can
helps the Sainsbury to overcome from the challenges to implement talent management practices
within the organization. To overcome the challenges, communication can play most important
role so leaders and managers of the Sainsbury should communicate with the employees about
the practices, and they can also take opinion and recommendation from the employees, it will
give them a knowledge and company can identify more strategies. In my research survey
participants have provided various strategies to implement talent management at the workplace.
It means that employees have the knowledge, and they can help Sainsbury company as well. My
research finding can help the Sainsbury to overcome from the challenges and addition they can
use strategies that was an outcome of the research that process of the talent management can be
followed by the HR department of the company.
As I found 5 steps of the process to implement talent management strategies by the
human resources management of the company (Taylor., 2018). STEP- 1 identification of the
organizational goal – first this Sainsbury Hr team have to do it is that they have to identify what
are their goals an d purpose behind implementing the talent management, so they can be clear
about their purpose an goals. STEP 2 – another strategies in which r team of the Sainsbury have
to identify what are the challenges, as I discussed above, and drivers that can affect the company
and create problems to implement the talent management. STEP-3 This is important stage where
we have to conduct gap analysis that will be helpful for us to identify the gaps, so we can fix
them properly and overcome from the challenges. STEP- 4 Hr plays most important role to
implement the talent management strategies and here they will identify that what are their
priority and what areas they need to watch first. STEP- 5 It is the last stage where they have to
inventory their talent management practices, processes and functions.
