Reflection
I have learned that how the talent of an individual will help them in achieving
their goals effectively. It is very important to make continuous improvement
in the current skills in order to sustain continuous achievement of growth.
Also, this project have helped in understanding the range of methods used
for collecting and completing the research data and project. Moreover, this
report have succeeded in its aims and the results will depict the same but I
have face some problem while processing this project.

Recommendations
As per the above study, the result which can be attained in regards to
Sainsbury’s is they take prominent efforts to keep their employees which
