calculated by the process of which way it is being done. There are 2 kinds of
investigation type, one is quantitative and other is qualitative. In this research we will
take the qualitative research because it gives human psychology and beliefs in it. On
different mitt quantitative approach is done on numerical information and numerical
collection. The researcher is taking the qualitative research for this report. Research Approach: Research approach refer to the approach a researcher made in doing
the research on a particular topic (Dodds and Hess, 2020). Research approach are of two
type inductive and deductive. Inductive approach is done on human beliefs and
qualitative data and on other hand deductive approach is done on quantitative data. The
investigator will yield inductive because the search type is qualitative, and the deductive
approach is not taken as it is used in quantitative approach. Research Philosophy: Research Philosophy module be done in Interpretivism manner as
the search is done in qualitative form. It will show human touch and human belief's and
qualitative form of research include Interpretivism philosophy. Data Collection: Data collection is done in two ways one primary and other one is
secondary. In this the researcher will do both type of research. The research needs to be

proof that all the research is done in the ethic way of doing process. Ethical thinking will
be done by investigator and both the consent sort and statement form will be filled by
responder which display the evidence about research quality. RM Limitations: Research limitation refer to the process in which the researcher
provides the best of the research on the topic and it also reflect that the researcher have
done the best of the research in the giver limited resources and the limited time. The work
and the research is done in the limited time and resources which is given to the
researcher.
Validity and Reliability: Validity and reliability refer to the process in which the
researcher provide the reliability of the research which is done on the talent management
